Technology
Every SV1 wheel is designed and machined with the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and Computer Numerical Controlled (C125NC) equipment and hand assembled by a highly skilled staff. Our machinists use the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing tools to ensure every design is perfectly crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum. All orders are built to meet the specific bolt and offset requirements in sizes ranging from 19 through 22 inch and include options such as: Blind Bolt, Step Lip, Max Lip Technology, powder coat, and color match custom paint.

The U.S. production facility is equipped with state of the art CNC equipment and is capable of producing 3-piece wheels in sizes ranging from 19 to 26 inches, including Blind Bolt technology and Step-Lip options. All centers and rim halves are hand assembled and crafted from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, providing the strongest level of construction and ensuring the highest level of return on investment. Building 3 piece wheels from 6061-T6 aluminum provides the highest level of strength and protection against metal fatigue, and as a further commitment to our customers we back each wheel with a lifetime structural warranty.
