| Manufacturing Understanding that every situation is different and that everyone's personal taste and requirements are unique, SV1 builds only custom orders to maximize vehicle fitments. SV1 modular cores begin their transformation from 6061-T6 aluminum billet rods that are later forged under immense heat and pressure in custom dies. Once forged, each center is lathed machined in state of the art aerospace grade CNC equipment. Once forged, machined, and polished your wheels will be hand assembled to ensure proper seal integrity, fastener torque, and balance. Every wheel is inspected and subjected to a 31 point inspection before ever leaving the factory floor ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. No wheel will leave our factory if it does not meet the utmost level of quality and perfection, this is our commitment to every customer and every order. Technology The U.S. production facility is equipped with state of the art CNC equipment and is capable of producing 3-piece wheels in sizes ranging from 19 to 26 inches, including Blind Bolt technology and Step-Lip options. All centers and rim halves are hand assembled and crafted from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, providing the strongest level of construction and ensuring the highest level of return on investment. Building 3 piece wheels from 6061-T6 aluminum provides the highest level of strength and protection against metal fatigue, and as a further commitment to our customers we back each wheel with a lifetime structural warranty.
